Stuart Gair's artwork stood out most to me. I liked the earthy tones of his pieces and the exotic places he put the handle for the cups he made. I found it interesting how different he interpreted the forms of his pieces. For my teapot, I portrayed Gair's work in my own piece by having the spout of the teapot sticking out, unlike a regular form which would be sticking up. I also tried creating a similar earthy tone color by the glaze choice I made and using the red clay instead of porcelain or studio.
